Pembaca sekalian, satu hal yang kita semua harus akui secara
terbuka adalah ini: PERJUANGAN KITA TIDAK AKAN SEPENUHNYA TERJADI
KALAU ORANG PAPUA SENDIRI TIDAK TURUN TANGAN. Ini sebuah kalimat
dari tokoh Papua, Viktor Kaisiepo di Holland. Ini berlaku dalam
berbagai hal, termasuk masa depan dari web-site dari Papua Counter
Information Centre dan PIF ini. The Diary of OPM tidak memiliki
kantor secara fisik, tetapi kantornya ada di hati dan benak semua
orang Papua, yang sudah lama tersiksa dan tertindas, sekaligus
terkubur di hutan-rimba Papua, di balik tirai pohon beringin,
entah karena nasib sial atau karena disialkan.
Kami mohon semua orang Papua untuk menyumbangkan dana demi terwujudnya sebuah Internet Service Provider dengan Nama: www.westpapua.net ini. Para penjajah, pemerkosa, pembunuh, perampok, perusak, pelanggar segala hukum dan penguasa telah menggunakan televisi, radio, surat kabar, dan majalah untuk mengontrol benak dan pikiran massa. Mereka telah berhasil memanipulasi sesama manusia demi kesuksesan politik mereka. Mereka telah memperlakukan manusia lain seolah-seolah bernilai kurang dari manusia. Mereka telah menjajah dunia ini dengan muslihat mereka. Tetapi ingat, hal-hal ini tidak akan lagi terjadi dengan kehadiran Internet di muka bumi dan dalam peradaban kita. Kita telah dibebaskan dari keterisolasian dan keterbelakangan. Kita tak dapat ditipu lagi. Marilah kita jadikan Nama Domain Net kita ini untuk kepentingan pembangunan jaringan informasi di tanah Papua Barat. Kami memiliki rencana teknis dan operasional dari penyediaan sebuah Internet Service Provider (ISP) di tanah Papua. Silahkan hubungi kami, kalau anda mau menyokongnya. Kami sampaikan bahwa kami hanya menerima bantuan dari orang Papua, entah itu seratus rupiah, asal itu dari tangan orang Papua, kami sangat bersyukur. We need to acknowledge openly this fact: OUR MOVEMENT DOES NOT ONLY DEPEND ON PAPUANS OURSELVES. This is a statement of one of Papuan political leaders, Viktor Kaisiepo in Holland. This principle applies in various areas, including the future of this website, presented by the Counter Information Centre of the Diary of Online Papua Mouthpiece (DoOPM), managed by the Collective Editorial Board (CEB). The DoOPM has not got a physical office space, but the office is in the hearts and minds of all Papuans, who are so long being oppressed and repressed, as well as buried in the jungle-curtain, either due to its bad luck or someone made it unfortunate. We are asking for all Papuans to donate funding to make this website as an Internet Service Provider by the name of: www.westpapua.net. The colonisers, rapers, killers, burglers, breakers of all laws dan rulers use TV, radio, papers, and magazines to control the mind and thought of the mass/ public. They have successfully manipulated their fellow human beings to succeed in their political affairs. They have treated other fellow human beings as if they valued less than themselves. They have colonised this world through their manipulations. However, remember, these things will not happen as bad as before since the Internet became available for the public. We have been released from isolation and underdevelopment. No one can lie as as easy as before. Let us make this Domani (www.westpapua.net) to develop the network and information networks to develop West Papua. We have techincal and operational plans to provice an Internet Service Provider (ISP) in West Papua soil. Please contact us, if you want to support this. We would like to tell you that we would prefer to receive any support from Papuan, even it is a pence, we want to thank if it is from a Papuan.
